No one because that skill got nerfed to oblivion and back completely unnecessarily. It was a great group utility returning stamina to everyone that was very balanced and situational. Want stamina? Make dead bodies first.
But it was nerfed in the great sustain wars which were caused by the disgusting champion system which till this day keeps creating power creep which is payed for by robbing class skills of their power and uniqueness.
Meanwhile, you can get stamina (while blocking) for free on a warden by pressing one button.
Yes templars are still viable in PvP but a lot less fun.
Three changes need to be made:
1. Return repentence to its initial state that has been there since launch
2. Give templars another CC, (a root would be good). Perhaps the other morph of blazing spear (since the awesome disorient was unfairly taken away) could root now. would be nice for tanks.
3. Fix all that broken tooltip stuff mention earlier
A root would be welcome, so Templar tanks have a hope in hell of competing with DK tanks.
A root would change nothig for templar tanks in PvE, especially with the blockcostchanges next patch...
I respectfully disagree. Resources will be buffed in other ways due to off balance and synergies. Builds have diversity due to magic tanking being a thing. But there is really no reliable way to control mobs as a Templar. Resources can be worked on in a build or team comp. Absent skills cannot.

edit: You can't work your ressources in a build, bc your gearsetup depends on your groups needs (support, you know). As soon as you take a step back with support bc of your class, the DK will always win in term of tanking.
Templars are doing great. Whats wrong with them? They can heal, damage and tank! Still lots of them about in PVP, great builds too.
