I am unable to finish this quest as I would like to. My quest log shows that I have the option to rededicate the Vengeful Eye, take it to Orsinium, or destroy it. I want to destroy it. However, the forge to destroy the thing is not showing up. The quest dialog states that the forge is right behind the statue. I have checked all statues in in Honor's rest Catacombs, I can't find it. I also have no quest indicators for that option anywhere on my map. What am I missing or is my quest bugged some how?

Thank you for any help you can provide.
