Some as you can use an cheaper crafted set and hide it, however style stone tend to be an minor cost for cp160 crafted gear.ChuckyPayne wrote: »What about style materials?
Will it become more and more worthless about this?
Will there be less need for mimic stones?
If I buy a crown store exlusive motif, with outfit system no more need mimic store?

Not sure what you mean by this.
If you mean “hide” as in choosing another shoulder motif style instead of what your character currently wears ... then yes you can certainly do that on the costume template.
The rest of the costume template would be the style of your current armor (as long as it’s a known motif on at least one character).

I mean would we be able to hide shoulders as in completely remove them, just like the hide helmet option that we currently have? or is that something that is still planned in the future?

i could see it happeing, they're trying to find worthwhile things to give +subscribers and costume dying for eso+ is already a thing ao would make sense.

Yes, give ESO+ 1-2 free outfit slots.Synthwavius wrote: »I still wonder where is the catch. Do I need ESO Plus to dye the Outfit?

Doesn't really make sense to only be able to dye outfits as ESO+. It would make the outfit system close to useless for Non-ESO+ then. Not being able to dye costumes while not subscribed makes costumes a heck of a lot less interesting for NON ESO+ but still worthwhile. Unlike costumes, outfits can be made up out of many different styles together and thus also colors. If you can't adjust that it would look absolutely horrible in most cases with a mismatch of colors, so why use it at all? Let alone buy extra slots.
For example an extra outfit slot for ESO+ while subscribed that locks after you loose ESO+ makes way more sense. It would be a bonus to ESO+ instead of rendering the new system useless for non subscribers.
