This was the one fight that lasted for more than 10 seconds and I was at roughly 13K health at the dolmen where I was challenged.

You do know that a level 39 character is in the "sweet spot" as far as scaling goes. They're the most "OP"

My honest opinion is that Surprise attack and Incap should not be animation cancellable though.
Those skills do too much damage and add too heavy debuffs to let them also be full cancellable.
Take away something from them.

Dude get real where you dueling potatoes? You expect me to believe you didnt have to put a build together, you didnt eat food and that you used any combo of skills and won 7 duels.. Potatoes for sure. Alllow me to be number 8.
