Loc2262✭✭✭✭✭If you got the quest, it should state the location in your quest journal. UESP says "talk to Aelif at the Fighters Guild in your alliance's final area". For AD that'd be in Reaper's March, probably in Rawl'kha, can't remember exactly.Kind regards,
