Recently started happening a lot when I get cought by a guard with bounty (92), it will go up to 300 and the guard starts attacking me. When am dead, screen freezes. I am able to revive myself with soul gem or wayshrine but it will revive me on the same spot with frozen screen. Am unable to use game menu options. All I can do is to go to home screen, quit the game and start it over again.
So far it only happens in Rivenspire and Gold Coast.

This has been happening to me randomly for many months. I submitted a ticket but received no joy, only the implication that it was a client-side issue, and the advice to muck about with my PS4, router, etc etc.
We are not alone in this, and I don't believe that it is a problem at our end. It should never happen and is extremely frustrating because it renders you helpless, loses you money, and wastes time having to restart the game.
It often inspires me to recoup my losses by going on an extended stealing spree, although I can never recoup the wasted time. After that I just forget about it . . . until it happens again
Oh well, it is just a game I guess . . .
