    There is no console transfer.

    You can, however, purchase the game on PlayStation and start new adventures that way.

    But i heard somewhere that i can link my PSN account to my ESO account so i can play in both platforms, is that wrong?

    Platform transfers do not exist in this game.

    you cannot play both without purchasing it on both platforms. You can link both versions to the one account via the website but they are seperate games.
