I think boundaries are completely relevant. Just as in the real world, they may be arbitrary, but they're still boundaries. And when ZOS decides which regions to put in the game with which releases, those boundaries will play into those decisions.

It leads farther into the Nibenay Basin. You would have to follow the road for a really long time before you ever got to Blackwood.
