Anyone else having trouble logging on?

I've been trying to log in all day, but i just keep seeing "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection." But my internet connection is fine? I tested it on a different game and I had no trouble with it. I was able to log in for about 10 minutes but it stopped working again as soon as I tried to fast travel.
