Error 326 Character locked?

Hello folks!
After my team in battleground failed - i got kicked out from the game and my main char is now "locked". I googled it and almost everyone got this problem from battlegrounds (since 2014). So can it be finally fixed? I dont want to join BG anymore because i can be "locked" again and wait hours\days to be unlocked. (dont even know how much time i will waste before "unlockin").
Or is there any tips how to avoid it? Because i dont use cheats, i use only 1 addon (master merch.) and definitely cant realize wth is wrong with the game.
