Just make it memorable and clearly designed for PvP.

It would be like the second coming. PvP would be at a stand still. Literally. Because everyone would be basically rooted in place.

However the idea of granting minor, and major buffs to your group should be the way to go for ZOS.
I'd like to see the Buffs Major Berserk, Major Force beeing added throuh the ult. This way it could also be viable on DPS, while Tanks and Healers keep Horn Rotation up.
Well you have npc followers during the main quest, I say Lyris Titanborn and Sai Sahan would be better fighter than random undauted and they was so usefull.Summon Undaunted - An undaunted member will come to your aid for the duration of the dungeon, providing 15k DPS single target to boss 35k aoe damage to adds. Can only be used if a vote kick has not taken place, and removes the ability to vote kick for duration of dungeon.

More likely you would got som LA only wonder like them as DD, healer would be an argonian sorcerer named heal only himself spamming the clanfear heal, tank would be Lerroy Jenkins.
You would be able to kick them however

For tanks, that aoe taunt some people keeping begging for. By the time you've ground your way to Undaunted 10, you know what you're doing as a tank and have plenty of experience without an aoe crutch.
For healers, a heal+resource return for the group (better than Warhorn) or a delayed burst heal/insta rez when a group member drops near dea on a boss' one hit kill mechanic.
For DPS, well, more DPS? Perhaps an temporary increase to all sources of damage they produce.
However, what I'd actually expect is something that does a normal damage ultimate but heavily buffs the group upon using the synergy, in keeping with the group effort of the Undaunted.
