Yeah. They're investigating "permablocking" but it'll end up increasing the costs of block. So, you know, mDKs can slowlly waddle around with no execute, higher costs of skills, broken wings/chains/leaps, have all of our DoTs purged, and now have increased block costs.

But hey- they nerfed our Fossilize so that we'd appreciate Stone Fist... so we've got that going for us!

Oh well there goes my idea of a double sword and board set up.

I dont think they will increase base block cost because it's already so high. They want to change the calculation order to make block enchants less effective. So basically make it only a pure tank dedicated to blocking would be able to which kinda makes sense but would destroy any chances of mDK being able to open world properly. It wouldn't increase block cost unless you invested heavily into block enchants (ie. me =.=).
