What to do if email address is wrong?

I bought eso for a friend and she, by mistake, entered an email address that doesn't exist when she was setting up her account. (Typed gmai.com instead of gmail.com)

How does one fix this issue? She doesn't remember her password and needs to reset it to log in.

Your friend can submit a support ticket using the account recovery form if she can't access her account to change the email address.
