On the other hand, I don't see why your laptop should not be supported. Looks good to me. What sort of issue you are having?

He doesn't have a video card, he has integrated graphics. There is a difference.

The support team is still just being lazy as hell. His rig should work just fine. It is probably a driver or update setting somewhere, and they just don't want to help him. Most of the time, techs like this aren't actually good with computers or troubleshooting. They are reading off of a worksheet.
