Can it pull people off of keep walls???

It can not. I use it all the time in PvP, it will not pull people of walls or keeps.

No, sadly. Seems a little iffy on elevation like stairs too, though I've seen it happen.

I've never tried, but I feel like it wont because I always have trouble using it to pull enemies in dungeons to me who are not on the same ground-level as myself.

It has keeps-specific limitations(which makes sense - way too easy to abuse otherwise). But it does NOT otherwise have height limitations(will bug on keep stairs because keep) - it can and will pull people off high rocks etc. Not sure if they've fixed it but it also could pull people THROUGH rocks and stuff It's awwwwesome. Had heaps of fun with it on blazing shield templar XD

Lol! I've enjoyed pulling people into my friend's mines...as a blazeplar. A blazing shield templar with that thing jumping in mines is absolutely hilarious XD
