Inventory management sucks!

I'd heard people gripe about it but I didn't really appreciate the headache till I created more characters and started crafting.
I spend way to much time juggling items and hopping on other toons to deconstruct.
I'm not even CP 160 yet. I'm dreading how I'm going to handle outfit sets.
I even have the craft bag. I cannot imagine trying to play without it.
I only have like 3hrs a day to play on work days and it's really cutting into my enjoyment of the game.

I think a nice fix would be a small personal bank for each character.

I'm on Xbox so I can't use mods.

    Preach.

Invest in a banking char or 5, max their bag space and just dump 'stuff' into them.

Yeah its kind of annoying but to be honest its because I don't want to pump the 400K gold I have in the bank into having a larger bank or bag. Most players in the game have not maxed out thier bank and bags have you maxed yours?

I am constantly deconning and selling all my mats (where I got my 400K).

It is annoying that I can't just run all the pleadges in a row and after each dungeon I have to back to the bank and forge to decon trash and empty inventory before I can go to the next one.

The new transmutation system is been great for freeing up space.. I don't have to store things in multiple traits anymore If I want a trait I can transmute it.

Just got to let go of the hoarding and decon things particular if it from easy dungeons.

I bit the bullet and maxed all my toons bag and bank space.

I keep the sets I use the most in each of my toons bag, which still leaves some room for loot when questing, farming, dungeons etc..

I keep my bank open for sets I'm in the process of collecting, just messing around with, or planning on selling. I also use the bank for master writs, key frags, housing furnishings, and a plethora of assorted monster helms I just can't seem to part with.

I keep everything decent locked, so when I deconstruct or stop at a merchant it's quick, and I don't have to double check to make sure it's not something I need.

As much as it sucks, is really recommend spending the gold for the extra slots. Especially if you like to play around with a lot of sets, and hang onto stuff like I do.

With this setup I'm able to run a few dungeons in a row, only stopping by the merchant to sell everything of white, normal quality.

I don't normally use daggers, but when I do, I choose dos Lekis.

You can make a personal guild bank for a free 500 slot bank. I got 49 ppl in my guild that haven't logged on in years. Just cant put bind on pickup stuff in there.

like real life, if you leave stuff til it piles up, its a pain in the butt to deal with. inventory management needs to start before its a pain, and then it wont become one. you created more characters, giving you much more room, and only then you had a problem. why? you just gained a stack of room and what did you do? filled it up without doing any management.

we have a personal bank for each character. its got 200 slots when maxxed. dont wait til its full to start managing it.

Style stones: -57, soon to be -59 inventory
    Trait stones: --18 inventory
Crafting mats: (for cp160 set of 5 pieces) -4~5 inventory assuming you only do one weight type of armor
Improvement mats: -4 inventory (assuming only one armor type being crafted.. though it never is)
    Enchanting Runes: -55 inventory
    Alchemy Ingredients: -44 inventory
Soul gems, Lockpicks, Food, Potions: -4 inventory

Let's just pretend provisioning doesn't exist.. that people only craft one armor type and ignore the other 2 armor weights, and weapons of wood/ore, as well as the improvement items for those ignored craftables. Thats -188 inventory spaces of a maximum possible 200.

But we didn't get any storage updates this year because ZOS says only a small % of players have maxed out their inventory anyway so it's a non-issue. Nice..

Best advice I can give is empty your bank as much as possible.

Then get all characters to 100 inventory or so, and clear out all the rubbish in it.

At that point you can run 3 dungeons in a row, and not fill your inventory completely. When you finish just bank all weapons and armour, and sell off everything else

A little thing which might make it easier is being aloud to place our alt characters around our houses and trade gear directly with them.

Inventory insight to see where you out gear

Awesome guild store gives search option for bag

Advanced filters for better sorting of items like heavy , light etc

Find inventory assistance this allows to automatically sell or decon at table so you simply just walk by. Also probably has auto assign junk feature.

There's a bank assistant that does storing between bank and guild bank for materials or types of gear

you're down to 4 inventory used for soul gems, lock picks, food, potions.

You dont need a bag update if you cant even be bothered subbing. If you dont want to sub, you learn to deal with what you have. Instead of whining about it, sub. even if you sub for a month, all your stuff goes into the craft bag and stays there til you withdraw it.

Not only that, you've only used up 188 spaces out of, not 200, but 440. the bank space you already have. so you've still got 250 or so spaces available and you're whining its not enough even without a sub.

All good suggestions, but they said they can't use addons.

I've subbed long enough to a game that rarely fixes anything, cuts back on their promised content releases more and more with each consecutive update, changes the terms and conditions of already purchased currency so it can't be used on the content you got it for in the first place, and renames DLC into legal loopholes so you have to pay separately again for it. Yeah... no thanks 'Mr. I've been here since May'. If it comes down to suffering through intentionally designed inconveniences until something better comes along (hopefully soon) then so be it. Just because you're fine with being a sucker doesn't mean everyone else has to come down to your level.
