I really need a simple question answered from a zos employee but the support log in screen keeps preventing me from sending in a ticket. I've even reset my password and it's just a never ending cycle of 'login failed'.

But I can help you to flag certain ZOS Manager's. (Even though, at times I wonder if I. Did it way to much.)
