News from Castle Claws

Khajiit is always busy yes but recently she has been most specifically busy with training the Bosmer girl Nommie.

Well on Loredas the little one reached the required standard to becoming a fully fledged member of the business yes.

Khajiit sat back on a pile of cushions and swore never again to repeat this process and concluded the business could manage quite well with the ten apprentices presently involved.

Then there came a sound from the gate. Heavy footsteps, slight scratching, low chuckling. Khajiit went to investigate.

Who should be putting his muddy paws on the front gate of Castle Claws but the cousin of this one - Puddle Claws.

Puddle always was very much a farm kitten. Happy to snooze in the sun, bounce after the birds and think little of the world beyond his next meal.

So Khajiit gains another apprentice. He is presently residing in the guest room at Castle Claws. This one fears she may have to find him alternative accommodation. Much of the butter and cream and cheese from the kitchens keeps disappearing and the orc girl swears it is not her.

So if you see him on your travels be kind to the boy and keep your butter dish locked away too perhaps.

You could always try calling the Grahtwood Pound. They are pretty damn good at dealing with strays.

Funny that you never see them putting any up for adoption though...

Where is Castle Claws located?

A Khajiit has never stolen cream nor butter in all the history of Tamriel, for any cat knows that any butter or cream in sight and accessible inherently belongs to them, and therefore how could they steal it? They already own it.

However, there are times when one might make amends to others when others become angry that a Khajiit is enjoying their rightfully procured cream or butter. Therefore, a bit of gold might be offered to any high elf or orc or even a dirty dark elf when procuring cream. This seems complex, sure, but such good can easily be picked from any high elf, orc or especially dirty dark elf that one comes across.

This is a good lesson for a country cat to learn early. To best navigate the other senseless races, make sure to take plenty of gold, jewels and other trinkets to offer should they become angered when you are taking your cream or butter they are temporarily guarding for you.

Khajiit hopes you also do not have your eyes on the butter in the kitchen. For some reason this one has been unable to purchase a cow for the household and does not wish to try to milk the camels.

You could always try goats milk.

I hear the Sanguine Black Goat milk is quite "punchy" in fact.

Khajiit will no doubt provide young Puddle with suitable attire once he has proved his worth.

For now though he is happy as he is and the orc girl does not have to worry so much about scrubbing mud and mess out of finer clothes.

To be honest he prefers to let his ample stomach fur feel the warm breeze - Khajiit however prefers all of her apprentices to be clothed - apart from at festival times when swimwear is acceptable yes.

Just a little update for you all yes.

Today young Puddle trained to level 50 and became all grown up.

Thanks to Brendas marvellous mead, some pink fizzy soda and the most welcome and appreciated help of guildmates.
