although yeah, I've heard some folks preach on it in group chat...to not acknowledge it having some less than magical effects on some people is silly...
let folks figure out their own vices...and then try to manage them...late night snacking seems to be a consistent vice that has plagued me throughout life

In my opinion, as someone who has not and will never touch so much as a beer, ingesting weed is just about the dumbest thing you can do for fun short of bungie-jumping with a roll of toilet paper. I don't need potent drugs to have a good time, and if you do, your life absolutely sucks.3 -

Similar boat here. I used to fool around with J’s growing up, but I’ve in a sense “outgrown” all that. The real world knocked on my door real quick, and I had to leave all that nonsense be. It also helped a lot in quitting, as using said substance often left me feeling very lazy and often bored. Both of which not so good for a person in my situation at the time.1 -

I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.1 -

Because the thought of altering my mental state/not being in control/f'n with my brain/etc, is very disturbing. I want nothing to do with that. /shrug
(And not drinking is made even easier by the fact I think every alcohol anyone's given me a taste of over the years, tasted terrible.
