Issues in pvp

Is anyone having issues fast traveling from keep to keep in cyrodils pvp when i try fast traveling it goes in to loading and stays there and the message " this may take an unsually long load time " comes up seceral times this has been going on for about a month i have to restart my game and load everything back up queue up for campaign and everything

Depending on the platform, perhaps? I don't believe that PS4 and Xbox have had their loading screen issues resolved yet, and it certainly occurs on PC as well.
