Anyone who laughs at you should be laughed at.
As someone who has been PVPing in this game since beta, the best players ask questions when they dont know something.
You got an answer, any more ask, sift through the idiots (its a skill everyone in an MMO has to nurture) and you'll get your answers and be better for it.

Two ways of letting one down undo the knot and let the air out
Or burst it
It's that simple ... Only some times the balloon doesn't pop cos your burst didn't quite have the force so you gave it a slow puncture one that a bit of tape can stop it going down
