Tried all the classes, and i love my stamblade, but i suck at it...i go pvp - fail horribly, then have to switch to my magsorc or dk to build my self esteem, then go back to Stamblade, fail again, then ESC, Quit Game, yes...
Stamblades closely followed by Magblades in PvE. The art is to get 2 assassin's will/scourge procs with one Focus/Resolve (re)buff AND to be on the right bar again to actually execute the assassin proc. Each time you lose/forget/miss a light attack you lose dps because of losing - or at least delaying - an assassin proc (with the consequence that you have to rebuff Focus/Resolve again and start the LA chain anew). Other classes just lose the dps from a light attack, NBs maybe lose a 50k+ single hit with assassin's will/scourge if fully buffed and critting. That's A LOT of damage even in terms of dps. That's almost the loss of the damage of a major damage ultimate in one hit.
I voted Stamblade just because of the extra squishiness being a stamina melee build.
I am still practicing with my Stamblade. I do 33k to 36k single target dps selfbuffed on an argonian skeleton dummy and 40k-45k single target dps on Bogdan (still my favorite target dummy) in a group with a full 100% warhorn uptime and many buffs delivered. Actually this is bad (missed assassin procs, weaving errors in execute phase while upholding dots), because you should get over 40k selfbuffed on the target dummy and over 50k dps on Bogdan. Stamina DD builds nowadays are just insane, insane effectiveness and insane fun.

Sometimes the prey turns and nips us... it's a small thing.
So let the snow flakes and unicorns dance alone until they melt or vanish from existence, we will finish up with those smart enough to stay in the glowing circle of love.
Stamina Nightblade is easy to play... Mastery is found in learning how to stay alive very well. Any stamblade can incap and execute, the ones that matter are the ones that can survive when the prey fights back

She/Her ~ PC/NA |I record things for fun and for info
stamina nightblade is the only class i haven't got around to doing; i know my magicak nightblade has the most punishing rotation requirements of all those I play, and I hear stamblade is more difficult.
