Why is a Master Writ requiring Buoyant Armiger worth only 6 Vouchers?

Aren't these things supposed to give out more vouchers for rare styles? Something like Buoyant Armiger should be worth at least as much as a Nirnhoned writ, if not as much as a writ requiring a Legendary item. We're talking the rarest of the rare over here!!

Agreed. These 5 and 6 value vouchers for rare styles need to go.

Because the voucher reward is random within some dumb range.

I have a master writ for a Legendary Akaviri Armor Master piece that's worth 11 vouchers.

So ... 8 gold improvement mats, a 9-trait set in a PvP zone, from an expensive motif ... for 11 vouchers.

I listed it in my guild trader for 5k gold and it didn't sell.

This is so true. I basically give those away in guild traders. I had a similar craptastic one like that and it barely sold at 4K.

Likewise the provisioning writs that take two perfect roe, for 8 vouchers. I dislike those too.

In my experience, rare styles seem to only add +1 or +2 to voucher score. So a normal Blacksmithing writ is 5 vouchers, Buoyant Armiger will bump it to 6.

Legendary alone should be about 40 - 60. In fact, I've had a Legendary Akaviri Redistributor that paid out over 200 vouchers. So, something is definitely screwed up here. I'd actually suggest bugging the item, and filing a ticket, because something is seriously scrambled there.

Legendary vouchers + Rare/ expensive styles should at least be 80+ vouchers.

If the Writ wants me to make something with Gold Mats, the writ reward better be more than 60 Vouchers. Even then I hem and haw it its worth it.

Otherwise, the Voucher gets flipped on a trader.

I agree, some of the new voucher rewards are utterly ridiculous, this needs to be adjusted.

I didn't realize the Psijic Ambrosia writ was going to want 8 the first time I started one. I just abandon the quest. Lost 5k on the master writ instead of giving 24k worth of ambrosia for 10 vouchers. I don't know why anyone would turn those in.

They only have like 5 categories of motif rarity.

It's not like ZOS can anicipate how much gold one motif will be worth.
Supply and demand dictate the price of motifs, not ZOS.

They just overestimated how much time people will spend looting Vvardenfell chests.

I'm pretty sure they are in a unique position to know exactly how much these motifs are selling for, how many people have them, the level of engagement with the acquisition method, etc. Moreover they are in a unique position to adjust rewards based on current trends.

I had a BA Legendary for 58 vouchers. Listed it for 15k, it hadn't sold as of last night.

Also had an Akaviri Epic MW only worth 6 or 7 vouchers.

It's stuff like this that makes it harder not to believe that at least someone with power over at ZOS is simply cruel.
