Isn't sitting on the flag in certain modes the sort of utility that wins the match? I mean, if they are bad at sitting on the flag, that's one thing, but if they are helping to win the match by sitting on the flag, surely that's providing utility for the team.
It sounds to me like the problem is less the tankiness of players, and more the design of matches that means that tanks win matches even if they don't win fights. Battlegrounds shouldn't be the epitome of "Win the battle, lose the war," and yet it seems like that's what they become.0
