Clockwork city furnishing plans?

I have received 2 clockwork furnishing patterns (green), both dropped from factotums.

I find it frustrating that most of my kills drop no loot whatsoever; making the search for patterns all the more daunting.

But those hundreds of clockwork oscillators are soooo exciting!

Is there a list of new plans from CWC I can view? I don't actually know what new ones have been added, how do you know other than being a huge junky that knows his furniture?

I have found 5 CWC plans. 4 blue and 1 green. The blue ones consisted of a nightstand, a plate of food, a tree, and a mortar and pestle. The green one I can't recall what it was for cwc. The place I have the best luck finding them is the main building in CWC, where the portal is to Deshaan. Inside trunks, backpacks and desks there.

I've just got a bunch of trees recipes... all the same one too. That and some odd loose end premade furniture pieces.

Hey I wanted to let you all know that I and some others received clockwork furniture plans in the treasure boxes during the ten million stories dungeon event. I received furniture and a factotum tree plan which is awesome. I suggest trying for the holiday event treasure packs for New Life.

I am going to tag in some of the CM's and a Dev. I think our frustration should not only be noted but addressed in some manner.

I hope they realize that there is indeed a breaking point for this blatant case of greed... but I will remain unoptimistic.

I found that in a wardrobe in Wrothgar, so that's dropping outside CWC.

I stopped bothering with CWC because as someone said up-thread even the regular loot drops are horrible. So many mobs killed and I have a bag full of clockwork gears (or whatever that trash drop is). I got one green clockwork pattern during the dungeon event - the prices on those have dropped a bit but they seemed to only be the common ones.

They don't want people crafting furniture anymore. They have made the new plans rarer than Morrowind purple patterns. They only want you buying furniture for cash.

I've come to accept this. They got greedy and are driving people away.

I highly disagree with this comment.

Currently on the PC server there are HUNDREDS of patterns for sale on the guild stores. This is wonderful because it drives the economy, if you make everything common it becomes like GW2 and beautiful dead husk of a game that once had potential.

Save your in game gold and buy whatever pattern you want. Problem solved.

Last I checked the GREEN Clockwork City recipes were in the 10k-15k range. Even if the average ticked down a bit after the dungeon event, that's still a non-trivial amount of gold. And what happens when everyone farming them gets frustrated and gives up? Then you won't be able to get them for any amount of gold.

Yeah they should not be as hard as it is now. Like even now I got more from that one event than I did farming for blueprints. Constantly there does not guarantee drop.

If you mean plans in general - from containers (desks in particular) Were they Clockwork City plans? Oh hell no. I ground so much for Morrowind plans that I still don't have and haven't ever seen for sale, that I give up. This doesn't mean I'll be buying anything from the Crown Store - just more hosues sit empty until I figure out what game I go to next.

So you leave the game because you don't get what you want. Now THAT's customer loyalty!

OOOH so now it's gone from ZoS is forcing us to blah blah blah to "its to much and its sooo hard blah blah blah" I call that progress!

First of all, you can make 15k gold in less then an hour, I will bet money you spent more time whining on the forums than you have farming actual gold to just BUY the things in game.

One guild on NA PC offers to SHOW you how to make 15k gold in TEN MINUTES. That's right TEN minutes of your life to get the pattern that you want yet you STILL feel zos is entitled to just hand it to you guys with a bow and ribbon.

FOR CRYING OUT LOUD There are 260 pages of Fabricant patterns ALONE at 10 per page that's around 2600 RECIPES. The market is so saturated that prices are going down every day, one lady told me the other day that she had hers listed on there for several days and it was the cheapest one and still hadn't sold as of last night.

[snip] go get what you want, no one is obligated to give it to you just because you pay 15 dollars a month, which by the way, is about 50 cents a day.

    [snip]

Who the hell - other than businesses - give a damn about customer "loyalty"?

ESO is a game. Entertainment. It's meant to be fun. If it isn't for any reason then it just makes sense to play something else.
