Missing Ebonshadow motifs

I had problems last week that I had some Ebonshadow motifs, but the system said I hadn't. Yet I saw then "read" in the Crafting Motifs section. Now they are all unread. I can not tell how many and which I had, but I had several that are now missing. I hope this is temporary or that Costumer Support can re-add them for me.
