Can't log into support site

Happily log into the account section of the site but when I try https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/incident I get a "new browser" code message. I put that code into the site and am told login failed. Tried 3 times to no avail.

Valid password etc. as the info in My Account all working ok

There could be a browser related issue preventing you from logging in. Please try some of the following steps below.

1. Try clearing your cache and cookies in your browser.
   • Firefox
   • Chrome
2. Disable any add-ons
3. Switch to another web browser

If you still can't login to submit a ticket, please let us know.

I cannot log in using Chrome either, but it worked in EDGE
