✭✭✭I was going to make a thread about this just now lol. Yeah happens after this morning's patch. I have narrowed it down to being an issue with the ground effect when rain or snowing. It's like waves of rainbow color or christmas lights blinking. Kinda annoys my eyes when playing because the effect follows your character.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Also same. There's a thread on this in bug reports, so I suggest going there and adding your system specs (graphics card, OS X version) seems to be mac related.
