I might have picked the wrong Ultimate because of a bad assumption. I didn't take Lights's Champion because I though the buffs only work on Allies. ...that 'any friendly target healed gains Major Force, Major Protection etc"

What if I was solo? Do I count as a 'friendly target healed' ? ...or in pvp in a large group, I am guessing the buffs only go to whoever received the heal, and not me?

Any help will save me some money on resetting morphs to test.

If you're by yourself you will obviously get the buff. If you're in a grp the heal will jump from person to person, depending on who has the lowest health, giving each person it hits the buff as well.

If you're in a grp, you use the ult, and it hits everyone in your grp but you, you won't get the buffs since you didn't receive the heal.

Sounds like Life Giver might be a better choice for me then.

If you apply a heal tick from the ability to a person they will receive the buffs.

As the ability lasts 5 seconds it can therefore apply the buff to up to 5 people.

This means that if you are solo you will always receive the full benefit of this ability. Additionally it will still work in group play when used as a panic button.

Lights Champion is definitely the stronger overall morph of this ability.
