Need help from support

Ok wierd one this' me and friend where thinknig of comming back and also got another friend to buy and join us' now me being sensible had all my stuff wrote down but my friend can't remember his secret question or password.He is trying to submit a ticket but keeps going round in a loop' He still has the same e-mail and billing address and he can't get into the forums to ask himself as he can't login..
Now is there a support person that can give me an e-mail or a phone number so he can get in direct contact to sort this out..

I am on mobile at the moment so cannot give you the link but there is a form for account recovery. That is the best option. With it being the weekend it may take some time.
