Crown store dye changes

So, as most people know you can buy dyes from the crown store, sometimes limited edition ones which is when we ask ourselves the question "how many should I buy in case I want to use it in the future?". Well, I have an idea which I hope will solve this and make the playerbase happy.
How about, when buying dyes, you don't buy a dye set for instant use on 1 costume, you buy access to those dyes to use freely whenever you want. Prices should probably be raised just a tiny bit, only 50 crowns or 100 crowns for the limited edition ones, idk about you but I would be happy to pay that little bit extra for the permanent ability to use them.
So, what do you all think?

If some, exclusive dyes were sold as permanent, reusable ones for reasonable price (about 500 crowns), I might buy the ones I like.
