The path between you and TESO server basically.

About your own, I can't tell since you dont live near where we live so you obviously dont have the same path/node so the same tracert, but i would check this node "ae4.cr0-sof1.ip4.gtt.net [141.136.103.229]" .

By the way a Pathping is doing usually better than tracert.
Here is the command : pathping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx > c:\pathping.txt
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx = your TESO ip serv ( 195.122.154.1 for EU / 198.20.198.110 for NA)
You will find the result as a text doc into "C:"

Depends on where you live. I am from Slovakia and whole path should not take me more than 30ms (Riot server is in Frankfurt as well and I never got higher than 25ms).

I hope they move them to Belgium.
I believe people outside of Europe get better ping on Belgium servers. Below 200 that is.
German one rarely gives under 200ms. Even in midnight.

That's about how you manage to have a clean path and cleans node between you (the server) and your client. So obviously more the client is away from the server, more difficult it will be.
But well there is less than 300Km between me and frankfort so dont kidding me, there should not be any trouble.

You could at least tell us something like "ok we know about this topic and your prob, its noted, we're still investigating but we cant tell you when we might fix it" or some bs like this...

Reports started with CWC update. I am suffering unstable latency with periodic spikes since CWC update as well.

I said that before, Riot EU server (game: League of Legends) is located in Frankfurt as well. Latency never passes 25ms for me.

Moving it to Belgium would have no effect at all.

I was talking for those who are outside of Europe. West Asia, Africa and even US.

However there are different ISPs inside of Frankfurt that are better/directly connected to the intercontinental ocean fiber and some aren't.

For example:
Companies like SoftLayer Technologies Inc have *** ping for me.
Whilst Vodafone DE and DEAC are perfect.

I'm from India. My ping was perfectly fine before HotR Update, I use to be stable constantly at 250ms latency but since then I'm getting crazy ping. Every other games works fine except ESO. They say the server is located in Frankfurt Germany which I find hard to believe because I'm getting 600+ latency or they must be really using crap servers, I had to use a VPN to play the game now which is not very good with such huge delays. If the server is indeed located in Frankfurt Germany then I should be getting my ping just like in the picture here

Nothing on my pc is blocking the game, it's not a firewall or my ISP's Issue as you can tell from the above pic that was taken recently from a VPN. I have tried many things to fix my ping deactivating my anti virus, adding exclusion to firewall, resetting my router, reinstalling windows with just eso installed without anything blocking the game. Its definitely on the server side. Also moving to Belgium would only worsen the ping for us players in Asia, my ping are very high on the Belgium servers and even in Germany servers which are located in Berlin. Frankfurt seems to be the sweet spot for us in Asia but I don't know what servers they are currently using to even give me a ping more than 600+ ms. I hope they fix this soon, as I can't even play with such terrible lags and delay. Its driving people who love the game away, if only they care to read their reviews on steam etc
