Does Silver Leash have a gap closer root?

All gap closers are supposed to apply an extremely short root, ignoring the target`s CC- immunity, so that melee skills have a chance to hit.
Last time I tested it, Silver Leash did not apply it, though my impression might have been wrong.

vovus69✭✭✭✭well, I hate this one because you cannot pull the mobs when they are knocked down. So you hit is and should wait 3.5secs before you can pull them. There are much better gap closers.
