ALL CAPS means you are yelling. I don't even use all caps when creating/formatting reports, spreadsheets, and word document at work. Not even in headers or titles.

I have had to learn to ignore such things. One of my coworkers is an older lady, and has still not mastered the concept that we do not respond to emails in all caps. So, it's one of those things I have had to let go of for my own sanity.

Of course it's annoying and does the person no extra benefit at all. They think it does, however.

I don't even join any groups in zone that are looking that bark out an all cap spam every minute.

The first time I did it, it generated so much hatred... Been addicted to doing it ever since.

Why do people do it? Main reasoning is the amazing feedback people always give, u mad bruh? LOL. Secondly, it makes people read it... Sure you may not like the caps, but at the same time YOU ARE FORCED TO READ THE WORDS WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!

It's annoying, but it doesn't necessarily mean poster is immature or that the reason behind is immature. It can simply be to draw attention to your thread over other threads, hence I won't play into your somewhat biased polls option #1, even if I do agree with to some extent. If this were a dating site you would probably be able to PAY cash to make titles appear in caps, display in bold or even appear in different colors, emojis etc etc. It's not a good practice though so basically ZOS should just make all caps impossible in titles end of story.
