So hard to get around in Vvardenfell... now the mountains are moving and making it worse. Wish someone would invent levitation already.

There is a bug(though personally I haven't encountered it on this specific quest) that leads you to either entirely wrong door or a door that's the exit to the place you need to enter first. Very annoying. Sometimes I'll try to go where I logically assume I should, then see the quest arrow point approx 3 km away, think "wow that's quite a run...oh well", get all the way there just to find out quest pointer bugged again and now I gotta ride those 3 km back.
...that reminds me of what my mom's navigator did when we went on a family trip this summer
Perhaps her phone and ZOS are sharing some software haha. Led us on an 8 km random loop then back to exactly where we were before that and onward to actual destination. 0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Yea, that is the exit. A number of them are like this. Thankfully, only a few mess up the quest arrows.
Go around the shore, once you find some NPCs (don't remember if they are hostile or not in this case) and there you will find the entrance.
