Question about penetration sets

Lets say i have spriggan jewelry with Spriggan weapons ( axe and dagger )
When i am on my vma bow bar and i apply my endless hail caltrops poisons injection then switch to dw bar does my spriggan penetration on front bar boost the abilities i have going from my back bar? ( endless hail poison injection calfrops )
I hope it does i feel like i would lose good amount of dps if it doesnt so i really want to know asap.
Can anyone that knows 100% lmk if i get the penetration on my back bar abilities?

✭✭Most single target dots keep the stats from the bar they were cast on.
Poison Injection I believe updates its stats as do caltrops and endless hail.
Not 100% sure on it, as they might just update weapon damage and not penetration/crit.Lord and Savior of the Association of Serious S***posters.
