Que penalty suggestion

My first choice is to get rid of penalty all together as it is buggy and there are a few cases where I just HATE IT.

But I have a feeling that isn't happening so can we reduce the time down to 7 mins or something, thanks

    I think they should redesign it. You leave as soon as you get in, you should get the full 15min (possibly double it) penalty. for every 3 mins in dungeon, you get 5 mins removed (just like bounty/heat). That way, if you at least TRY to run the dungeon, you won't get the "full" penalty for leaving a fail group.

    There needs to be a penalty however it needs logic and rationale.

    I don’t think the time matters in terms of minutes but the reason for leaving, getting kicked, etc needs to align with why someone has no timer, or why they are locked out or forced to wait before entering the queue.

    No queue example:
    -Player is kicked within the first 5 minutes

    Que timer example:
    -Player is kicked due to selecting tank but they aren’t a tank per those who kicked them.
    Result: Player can immediately queue as dps or healer but not as tank for X minutes.

    Example two:
    The above happens again for tank.....minutes become hour
    .....
    A third time, character is forced to add skill the game considers as tank before role opens up again or 1 day later
    .....
    Fourth time, role locked until respec occurs


    This isn’t perfect but the idea is for some logic to apply vs what exists so players at least can choose to avoid reoccurrence and aren’t penalized for auto kicks.
