Funnest PvE class

Wondering what everyone favorite class is to play for fun in pve. Because let's face it, at the end of the day it comes down to what you enjoy playing. Mine is probably stam DK but I'm getting a little bored and would like something different.

For stupid easy PvE, nothing beats a well geared Pet Sorc. It almost feels like cheating ...

I main a MagDK tank, but I love my Stam Sorcs. Hurricane up, and mow down everything in my path with bow and dual wield. No other class has come close to the ease of leveling and aoe DPS of a stam sorc for me.

I really still love my mag blade the most. I like to wear weird sets for fun - rn I am using the mad tinker set when I’m farming mobs because lol! But not for trials obviously- just everything else.

Mag blade is also so versatile as well. You can really do anything with one.

Also soloed VCOA to the last boss (I’ve not passed Skoria alone yet) but I wipe sometimes on the first boss there; only because of the adds and I’ve not found the right balance.

It’s like VMA in the way that you need sustain, sometimes to be faster, sometimes tankier, and to know what is DPS race and what not. Sometimes you need to just chill and do the job. Placement and knowing where to be and when is more important than high DPS when you solo stuff.

In my opinion the Mag NB has the best possibility for ‘hybrid’ builds as well as for attempting solo content.

Possibly also Stam sorc, but I’m just not confident with that.

Edited to add: Oh and I’ve also managed to solo the fire atros at AA on my magblade but that was long ago and on a dare. I’ve not tried since they made ‘normal’ and I know the vet is harder now than the old AA pre Normal was.

There’s no point trying to solo AA because you need 12 for the pads. Though I wish you didn’t! I’d try to 4-6 man (woman?) it first then see how we get on...but nope.

Some of us used to 6 man Hel Ra all the time until VMOL came out then and since we’ve all had other things to do and the band kinda broke up!

Nice, I've been thinking of trying a mag blade but I've messed around with one before and can't get the hang of the rotation. I can never get that spectral bow to proc. I would love to change things up from my typical stam builds.

I enjoy Warden the most. I have 3 Wardens. Had 4, but I figured it's too much so I scrapped that idea and saved the slot for future char.

Fun is subjective. And depends on what role you want to play, then choose a suitable class.

I have mag DK super duper fun to play. Fire literally everywhere. Can hit super hard aswell I just haven’t got my dps over 20k yet :’(

My baby has always been my magicka Nb though

I can't help but love my good 'ol stamsorc. A decent amount of DPS (even for a scrub like me who has no money and doesn't do the best rotation), insane survivability and HURRICANE is so fun

My favorite for most fun is stamina sorceror. With Hurricane and Steel Tornado (from dual wield line), you have a lot of area-of-effect that are great in dungeons where there are a lot of enemies to slice through. If you get Caltrops as well from PvP, you have awesome AoE.

My second favorite has become stamina nightblade, because that Ambush skill is awesome fun (a morph of Teleport Strike). You jump on them and stun them at the same time. I love it.

My two characters who have the best DPS are a stamsorc and a stamblade.

Can't speak for wardens as I have yet to make one but otherwise I think every class and combo is fun to play in both PvE and PvP. I like to play one class and combo for some time then I switch to something else and focus on that.

However some builds is always fun for me - mDK, mSorc, stamSorc and magBlade is something I always enjoy. Been enjoying stamBlade and especially my SAP tank lately since it's different and a new challange for my playstyle.

just rolled a stam Warden to L32 during the event. great fun, versatile, stamina cone-aoe heal pretty early (so no need for Momentum or Vigor for healing), bear-pet (free DoT which is nice in mechanic heavy content like n/vMA) some decent magicka utility spells...

Stamplar is my favorite dps, my little kitty is so much fun to play, I have one of each class and with jabs, stamplar is just about the same in AOE with the group untility that PotL brings to boss fights.

Stamina tornado is probably the coolest skill I've seen in the game. I have one as a lvl 10 mule atm, but considering leveling her.

The class I have the most fun with is my stam sorc. I'd love to say nightblade since that's what I started out with, but with ZoS's constant nerf's to NB's REAL class abilities, I can't say it anymore.

Try a werewolf pet sorc with the two wolves and put maw of the infernal on after the first add pull it feels like you're going into battle with an army
