Every day since this damn event i cant log in for a good hour+ when i get on.. It lets me log in for like 2 seconds then everything stops and the game crashes.. No response on the forums, no answers from my ticket.. This sucks..

Then when i finally get in theres lag. Anywhere from mild to extreme.. Come on Zos you need to stop this.. Im on xbox, all my other games work 100%, and this log in thing usually happens when i first log in around 5-7pm.. Every single day since this event.

Edit: its nothing to do with this EU red banner above, this has been happening for days (since the event started).. Although im sure EU has a similar issue to what i, and others, are having..

    have you taken a look at social media this evening? the system has been down for about 7 hours.... very few (if any) people can get in the game. ZOS/bethesda are taking an absolute pounding.

    To be fair (going by the OP's sig), the OP is on Xbox NA. And the banner only mentions EU Xbox server.


    That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if the NA server is acting up, too

    Today was the first time I got booted during a pledge in probably 6 months...I had to do a full hard rest to get back in...

    pretty much everyone i know has jumped from the EU to the NA server to get in, so doesnt surprise me if its getting hammered. its just coming into their peak usage time too

    Not just a problem on Xbox. The last 3 days were a nightmare for me at times with lag spikes, rolls backs and disconnections. I'm on PC/NA.

    @rynth Not to sound mean but it really confuses me when people post on threads that they dont read.. Read it again and then please re post.. I said since the event started, not just today.. Also im on xbox NA and if you look in my signature it says xbox NA, but ill give you that since it is my signature..

    Anyways, thanks for the advice but this has been happening every day since the event to multiple characters.. Always seems to be around this same time, maybe 4-8 est... And then minor-major lag after i get in.. Idk games got real issues and zos arent giving any answers..

    I have made it in to one of my characters at this point, im gonna check the other ones again.. One is in a pub dungeon, the other in mournhold, the other in cyro.. didnt try the others.

    A friend in california was having internet issues, one major provider was having state wide outages. It could be related to that maybe?

    @rynth no problem, its good advice if it was something that was just happening today.. Then it would make perfect sense but its the event..

    I honestly shouldn't even post but i do just to have the tiny TINNNYY bit of hope that someone at zos will see it and realize how bad it is.. Or actually give any bit of a response on why the game has the worst performance issues of any game like this..

    They have the established company, they have the money (god they have the money), the have the elder scrolls name, and they have a good team ( i hope ), so why does the game perform like garbage for most people on every platform.. The only reason i can think of is neglect.. I would love to hear otherwise from zos, or see a video of one of them engaging in solo pvp.. that i would love to see. Hopefully with some of the bigger pc youtubers, for eso, complaining about it now they will address it but I still havent seen anything..

    @Inarre I dont know i suppose its possible but i have seen soo many people with the same issues as me.. The crashing, the lag.. And every other game i play works fine.. Archeage on PC and fortnite on xbox are 2 games ive played today just fine.. If i had to guess what it could be i would guess that the game has too many players now.. That combined with some bad changes in the past has cause the performance to go to hell.. Thats just my guess though..

    @itzTJ could be, ive had my share of load screens, dcs and crashes. Just seems odd because i am on the northwest coast and have had no problems myself recently (and i usually do during events). That said i was on later than usual pst so it might have calmed down when i tried it. And haven't been on today yet and i hear its a gong show :sweat_smile:

    I have disconnected 5 times, and suffered 5-8 full second ping spikes since the latest update on PC/NA. In the same content before CWC, I have played for weeks at a time without disconnecting or experiencing more than the occasional hiccup.

    Ya this is 100% a pattern. 4-7 maybe 4-8 est time and another day in a row since the event i cant log in.. will prob be an hour or 2 again before i can.. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom this is unreasonable, i work and cant get on at another time.. every day since the event started this has happened to me.. something is wrong with the game, all my other games work.. and in an hour or two this one will to, but prime time it wont let me in, at all..
