Maybe someone else said it before but the current, create a post to report bug or ingame ticket report is kinda useless. We have almost 0%feedback whats going on.
A better example is the Arma 3 Feedback Tracker,
https://feedback.bistudio.com/
Currently we have to report in the forum and via ticket, twice the work and we dont know the status.
This ends in: is it done, is it fixed, when its fixed threads.....
Example for ESO

We could split the Projects in 3, PvE, PvP, PTS
If you report a problem in a PvP Area the ticket will be created in the PvP section, if PvE then PvE section and .....
Example ticket:

Now the devs can assign this to a someone internally who fix this, and he can close the ticket.
Then the world will know its fixed, instead 1000000 new threads.
+ Other ppl can lookup if a problem is already reported and comment, help to improve if needed.
+ Better feedback fromand for the devs.
+ Less forum spamming.
Overall its more transparent what you doing.
Maybe something like that is already used(i hope that) but i wish for more transparent for whats going on.
Could you please pass this thread to the right person ?

Groupfinder:
The worst part is when it finally puts you in a group, your healer turns into a werewolf, your tank has 14k HP and the dps is heavy armor, using a restro staff and a two handed sword on the backbar. Then comes the 15 minute penalty before the cycle starts anew.
Rulz of Morrowind:
- The first rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
- The second rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
- Third rule of Morrowind: Someone yells NDA stuff, uploads images, streams, the game is over.
- Fourth rule: only invited players can test.
- Fifth rule: one invite at a time, fellas.
- Sixth rule: crying or bashing on pts.
- Seventh rule: NDA will go on as long as they have to.
- And the eighth and final rule: If this is your first invite at Morrowind, you have to play.
