it's a quiet spot along the lower niben river...if you head north and slightly east from bloodmayne you'll run into it (close to the culotte bridge on the way to cropsford)...
there's some bandit/werewolf folk currently inhabiting it - but, it's an absolutely ideal spot to take over after the war...lots of coin to make on taking advantage of river traffic heading in and out of the imperial city...plenty of fish, and, close by the fertile farming community of cropsford...
and, when the quiet life gets a little too quiet - head in to imperial city for a night out on the town...
hopefully we can finally put an end to any of molag ball's intentions on imperial city and put an end to the silly faction fighting...

✭✭✭There is a garden in Vulkel Guard that is shedding cherry blossoms and there is the shrine of mara under it, that during sundown is beyond pretty. Lots of areas like that in Auridon, just explore a little, you'll find something that makes your heart flutter. ^-^1
