I mean... i would find it infinitely more entertaining to get a chain of crates within crates than the potions which i instantly turn in for what- a single gem? Let me open more crates plox.

The cheap consumables, like the poisons and such, need to be removed from the crates. Getting nothing but junk makes people a lot less likely to buy crates again. No one likes to waste their money.
