Delay on weapon swap gap closers

Going from, for eg. bow heavy to crit rush, there is a notable delay between finishing the swap and being able to use the proceeding skill. I haven't played for a considerable time so apologies if this has been present for a while. Little things like this is what makes people like me leave @ZOS_GinaBruno ! :'(
