Either that, or the rest of Sommerset. Just go ahead and give us the huge Sommerset Isle, and a few of the smaller Isles in the archipelago, and that would be a worthy "next Chapter" IMO.
But so far, getting Elsweyr is at the top of my list right now.

Maybe we get another Oblivion plane or parts of Murkmire (they already used parts/assets of that in SotH and DB) together with transmorification ?0 -

Visualise the great city of Alinor and the full power of the Altmer 
Largest untouched landmass followed by Argonia and Elsweyr. Lizards and Cats Deserve love as well!, in Particular Khajit , Always recall Skyrim, they were the only race not allowed to enter main cities!
Tis the Auridion but significantly greater in beauty, power and size! The Summerset Isle is a green and pleasant land of fertile farmlands, woodland parks, and ancient towers and manors!
Fantastic accounts come from the Imperial emissaries of the Reman Dynasty, which describe the city as straight and glimmering, a hypnotic swirl of ramparts and impossibly high towers, designed to catch the light of the sun and break it to its component colors, which lies draped across its stones until you are thankful for nightfall. The Temple of Auri-El is located in the city of Alinor.
Its is beyond mortal comprehension. Imagine when they put in game, I cannot even begin to process these enormous towers and striking beauty of the wonders of The Temple of Auri-El!
We have but a tiny part of the Western Elsweyer with notable city of Dune and Black Marsh is huge, it can easily deserve an expansion spot. I would rather see these three indeed ,rather than a new plane of Oblivion. I suggest to focus primarily on Tamriel ,rather than Planes of Oblivion.
