Best medium house?

Another vote for the Domus and Ravenhurst - both of which I have (well technically, my game partner owns the Domus but I decorated it).

Ravenhurst also has the benefit of being close to a Wayshrine. Also a handy safebox at the inn and homes for looting, if you're in the TG

Small quibble with Ravenhurst is no way to get out of the courtyard into "the world" without going back through the house.

I love Ample Domicile, I've decorated it as a proper argonian house and it's just so warm and cosy.

I wouldn't trade my Sleek Creek House for any other medium house, I do like Ald Velothi Harbor house a lot also, but you can't beat the Rawl'kha location of Sleek Creek.

Slightly surprised that Domus Phrasticus comes up so often as a favourite.

I bought it today after having the statutary look around. It only has two rooms....one up, one down. The reason I got it was for the challenge of fitting all the usual areas I like to have in my houses into two (not that large) rooms. Also the furnished version is good value, if that is one of the things you are looking for.

There are much better medium houses if you want bang for your buck. But, as I said, I look forward to the challenge.

I like the Domus because the rooms are relatively even and have good wall space - not a lot of weird nooks and crannies that create wasted space. It also doesn't take much to make it look like an actual home.
