Yesterday, all day, people are telling me that shields will become critable in clockwork city. It seems unrealistic. I read patch notes regularly and did not find this anywhere. Am I missing something here or is it bogus?

✭✭✭✭You got it wrong. Actually mobs will crit starting version 3.4. Mobs in vHoF and vMoL will have a critical rating of 80%. Bosses will have 100 CP in Elf Born and Precise Strikes.
