Timing out and lag

Recently, I keep timing out when logging into a character and constant lag when I enter combat. Is this a server issue or are others having this problem?

90% of australians/new zealanders/south east asia have this issue. Dont think zenimax knows how to fix this issue (they dont want to spend money on it for sure).

I regret to inform you that these issues are being caused by the unfortunate passing of Ricky, one of the oldest and hardest working server hamsters. The cause of death is currently being investigated, however it appears that he simply drifted away during his sleep.



If you know any unemployed hamsters, please refer them to ZoS.

Yep theres always a few.

The one thing i havent heard from a capped guild of oceanic player. Also running with other oceanic guilds on ps4 is "oh i dont have any lag". So yeah your in the 10% and im pretty jealous.
Wish the rest of us have what youve got.

Plus since im dumb and dont understand physics, how is it that i can get 120-150 ms on gw2 in wvw following a zerg of 40+ then get on eso and that changes to 350+ with a group of 10?

Homie you are not alone. Happens to me whether I'm in Pve or PvP. I pay for the ESO Plus, But I remember when the game actually performed really well. If i walk by a Dolmen in Alikr by accident I DC almost instantly. Alikr for me is just a no go, because it's a lag fest while I'm there.
