Frustrating experience. Do anyone actually read dialogue?

I ask if people are new to the dungeon or need help with mechanics. I offer to have lead passed to me so I can stick around and let people finish. I even had a 818 CP character ask me for mechanics last night, as not everyone has done all the group content.
