Question about my magicka recovery...

I just hit level 50 on my new templar. While leveling, I had slightly more than 2000 magicka recovery. Upon hitting level 50 and crafting new 160 cp gear, my magicka recovery is now 1485. Where did it all go? I can only account for a loss of 180 because I was leveling in cheap seducers gear. It also doesn't look like any of the passives or skills grant recovery except for restoring aura that wasn't slotted. Any ideas? Sorry if it's something obvious.

✭✭Post One Tamriel everything is scaled to C160, and due to the way the scaling works you can actually achieve higher stats than a C160 character on a character at 45-50 in appropriately levelled gear.
When you made the jump from 49 to max level, you lost a lot of those scaled stats.

ashl3y44✭✭When your under 50 all stats scale. So when you hit 50 they get drastically reduced. Including health magic and your recoveries.660 High elf mag sorc, Argonian templar healer, & Dark elf mag Dk.1 -
SquareSausage✭✭✭✭✭Its so bloody dumb that this happens, I mean, nowhere in the levelling process does it tell you that youre stats will go down as you level, and why would anyone even think that possible..
