Major/Minor bonuses of the same name don't stack. Everything else does unless a cap is present like movement speed (R.I.P. Jailbreaker Rapids Steed Windrunning Invis Concealed Weapon Argonian swim speed :'( )

They stack (as well as some racial and armor passives). And while there is no limit to the stealth radius behind the target, there is such a restriction in front of the target.
I hope it was clear :)
    Everything is viable

I tried them both a while back on my Khajiit(full passives relating to sneak) with no difference running just one vs running both, but Im not sure if it's because they don't stack or if there is a limit, as he could get what seems like about 2 foot in front of NPCs without being noticed in stealth.

The same Minor and Major buffs don't stack. But set bonuses should. I mean, if the same bonuses wouldn't stack, there wouldn't be much point in item sets that offer the same bonus twice, like two spell crit bonuses, or weapon damage bonuses...

Also, it's not a 25% reduction to sneak radius. It's just flat 2meters for each set. The 25% is for sneak cost in Stamina. And those do stack. Not that it matter all that much. You can get sneak cost pretty low with Improved hiding from Legerdemain and Improved Sneak from Medium armor. And you can make it even lower with Shade from Shadow CP tree. But with 0 points in Shade, my sneak in full medium costs 40 per tick. With Night Terror And Night Mother's Embrace my sneak cost is 20 per tick. With only one of them, it's 30.

So the sneak cost reduction is not why I use them - it's the 2 meter decrease in detection radius. And it should stack, and it used to but is of course kinda difficult to test as to whether it is still working in that fashion..

Posted this on another thread a while back (but assuming it does stack): "I run 5 Night Mother's Embrace, 3 Nights Silence, 3 Night Terror (front bar) and 5 Night Mother's Embrace, 5 Nights Silence, 1 Night Terror (back bar). It's DW on both bars and leaves room for 1 monster piece (like Velidreth). You keep the sneak speed bonus if you crouch on back bar then weapon swap."

Its 3 NME jewelry + 2 armor, 1 NT armor + 2 weapons, 3 NS armor + 2 weapon, and 1 monster set piece. If it truly doesn't stack swap out NME for something like Bahraha's where it reduces trap damage. I think you only need 4 Bahraha for that so you could add the 2nd monster set piece.

I haven't checked in a couple patches. But, I used to run a Woodelf NB in medium armor, between Shade, Legerdemain, and Improved Sneak, I had her stealth movement cost to zero. Combined with concealed weapon and stage 4, she was a fantastic build for getting into weird places in Cyrodiil, and generally messing with other players.

vampire khajiit nightblade in 3pc night terror (jewelry), 5pc night mother embrace (body) and 4pc night mothers gaze (dw daggers, head and shoulders). about 75 cp assigned to sneak reduction (to hit treasure hunter) and some mag/stam regen, all stacky and sneaky and such. IN THEORY, for a while now it seems like the radius is inconsistent as well as a mouse walking by breaks cloak. :/

Oh, right, NM Embrace was part of that build. Sorry. (To be clear it was 5pc NME, 5pc Darkstride, with some random weapons.)
